The three dots on the logo represent the first three restaurants, At that time company was planned to add dots in the logo as per new outlets but this plan never succeed. The first logo of Domino's was designed in 1965, in which two dominos in red were there and the name is in blue. After that in 1997, it was enhanced with the bold look, and in 1996 it was designed in its original position.

In 2012, Domino's changed its logo and removed the pizza word from the logo because, by that time the brand was not limited to pizza, it was developed with an extensive menu.
