According to the study published by the ICMR(Indian Council of Medical Research) last year, around 10.1 crore people are diabetic in India, whereas 13.6 crore people are estimated to have pre-diabetes. Indian Ministry of Health has shared the symptoms of Diabetes that should not be ignored. By taking precautions and proper medical consultation, we can control the diabetes. We need to follow the healthy lifestyle such as exercise regularly and taking the suitable diet to control the diabetes. The symptoms are given below:

1. Fatigue: 

Fatigue can be caused by the body struggling to use blood glucose to provide the energy because of insulin resistance or deficiency.

2. Frequent Urination:

Frequent Urination experienced in diabetic person because the kidneys try to remove excess sugar present in the blood.

3. Blurred Vision: 

Excess blood sugar can causes swell the lenses in the eye which affects your ability to focus.

4. Sudden Weight Loss:

Body may breakdown fat and muscle for energy when it can't use glucose effectively.

5. Constant Thirst:

Frequent Urination leads to dehydration and making you more thirsty.

6. Delay Healing of Wounds:

Diabetes can impair blood circulation and immune system, so it will leads to slowing the healing process.

7. Increased Appetite:

In this system, person will feel extra hunger because blood struggles to use energy and craves more food.
