How Bharatpe defeated Paytm and Gpay in the market?

Today's world is the full of digital things, everything is depending on the technology, internet and different digital ecosystems to survive in the fast growing world. Technology being used in almost every sector small businesses, large businesses, education, medical sector, financial sector, etc. By using this apportunity in the duration when the demonetisation of 500 and 1000 rupee notes in India in 2016 is the turning point for the Indian financial players in the sense of online banking and transactions.

During this time the Paytm became most popular for online payment to merchant and friends from its wallet facility and became the top financial player in India. After this the Indian government introduced the online payment service called UPI(Unified payments interface) and it becomes revolutionary thing in India. The Paytm, Google pay, PhonePe became famous for online payments to merchants for buying the stuffs.

The Paytm, Google Pay was charging the few percent for accepting the payments from the merchants and earns money from it, this business model of these apps was not efficient for the business owners of small shops and merchants but due to customer demand they have to use it. This is the biggest opportunity identified by the BharatPe, and they landed in the market with very effective way in which the accepting payment from the customer is free of cost to the business owners.

The free of cost payment acceptance option from customer and the QR code which is installed at the shop was able to accept payment from any UPI app, this was the masterstroke from the BharatPe. Bharatpe also offered the loans to the business owners are the low interest rates to acquire more market share and this makes the BharatPe as a market leader defeating to the Paytm and Gpay.
